Closed for 2019, re-opening 2020.

Arts Emergency offer a year-long one-on-one mentoring scheme for 16-18 year olds who are interested in the arts or humanities that will run from Jan 2020 – Jan 2021. As well as a mentor, young people on the programme will also have access to our network of over 7,000 professionals and benefit from the opportunities and work experience that they are able to offer. After the year of mentoring we’ll invite you to become a young member of our network and we’ll offer opportunities, advice and industry connections until you’re 24.

How does mentoring work?
– You will be matched with an industry professional who shares your interests
– You will meet once a month in a public space decided on between you and your mentor
– Together you will focus on your goals and what you want to do
– Your mentor will help by offering advice and guidance as well as helping you to build your confidence and connections

Who can apply?
You can apply if you are aged 16-18 years old and you live in London. We try to work with young people who aren’t already able to benefit from their parents’ university experience and professional networks and so there is an eligibility criteria that is detailed on our application page on the website.

Applications close on 30th September 2019.
