ANGER SHOUT.
THE LOUD OF IT,
THE LONG OF IT, ABOUT
THE THRUMMING AUDACITY OF THINGS.

p.
here I haunt sleep;
milk soaked eyes at twilight,
short staccato morse taps,
the hush around the ash.

f.
BUILDING AGAIN.
EVER CONSTRUCTION,
SKY CLIMBER YOU
WILL ERODE THESE LADDERED STRINGS.

pp.
the hawk on the hunt
on its breath swept wings.
touch its silk.
mind its claws; evade like laws,
Indigenous and thin.
