Deadline: noon on 17 March 2017. Girton College, Cambridge invites entries for the Jane Martin Poetry Prize.
Now in its seventh year, the panel of judges will be led by two eminent poets, the literary critic and academic Grevel Lindop and, Malcolm Guite, who is also an academic and a priest. It is open to all UK residents between the ages of 18 and 30 and there is no fee for entry. The first prize for the winning poet is £700 and £300 for the second prize.
There will also be an opportunity to give a reading at a celebratory event at Girton College.
